About Us

Payson City is located in the southern part of the Utah Valley at the base of the Wasatch Mountains. Payson is the gateway to one of the nation’s most scenic byways: the Mount Nebo Loop. Gladstan Golf Course, located at the base of the mountains, utilizes the mountainous surroundings to create a breath taking and surprisingly challenging golf course. The city recently purchased 500 acres near the mouth of Payson Canyon. The property will be an environmental and will accommodate trails and parks for those wanting to enjoy the canyon and many surroundings. This aggressive move by the city will protect the surrounding natural beauty for generations. Payson City and Utah County are known for its well- educated, youthful work force. The work ethic is strong and the regulatory environment is sensible. This high-tech mecca with its pro-business climate gives the area economic strength. Housing is affordable and the market ever changing.
